Ghillie Aluminium M Kettle 530ml

Ghillie M Kettles are lightweight and compact individual stoves, boiling up to a pint of water within minutes.

Handmade by traditional metal spinning techniques from aluminium discs, these solid fuel kettles are lightweight and tough, making them suitable for solo camping and lightweight travelling.

To use, simply remove the stopper and pour water in to the M Kettle (or just remove he bung if you are carrying water within it). Place your foraged fuel in the bottom of the pan on which the kettle sits. Once lit, flames rise through the middle of the chimney. The hole at the side of the base plate allows more fuel to be added and also allows oxygen to be sucked in as the flames rise (you can also add combustible items down through the centre of the chimney). The robust neoprene insulator sleeve also incorporates a webbing handle to help prevent burns and spillages when pouring.

When not in use, this compact kettle can be packed away in its own small stuff sack to be placed in a pack or lashed to other kit using the two D rings.

Please be aware that these Ghillie Kettles are crafted by hand, and by nature of this process they may have slight cosmetic imperfections. This does not in any way affect their performance, but is part of the charm of handmade products.
