Qualifying For A Trade Account

Your must be a Limited VAT registered business that has been trading for more than 18 months. 

Opening A Trade Account

The quickest and easiest way is to email sales@subzero.co.uk or use the form below, and request a trade account form. Once returned, we will perform business background checks that should be completed within 48 hours. Once verified, we will notify you that an account has been opened in your companies name.

However, if you need to place an order urgently before an account has been verified, then order directly from our online store. We will refund the difference in price between our retail price and our trade price once your account has been set-up.  

Pricing

We offer all our trade customers a minimum of 40% off our retail prices. Further discounts are negotiable based on turnover, settlement days and order history. A trade price list will accompany your trade account form request. 

Invoicing & VAT

Sub Zero Technology Ltd is a VAT registered company (GB294325837). Invoices will be sent electronically via email. 

Samples For Testing

If you would like to test our products before you commit to a trade account, then please order directly from our web store. We will then refund the difference in price once a trade account has been set-up. 

We are confident that once you try our products you will quickly see the positive differences compared to other brands.

Paying For Orders

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers. The invoice will show the payment terms and details.

If you would like to pay in a different currency then we have accounts in Pounds Sterling £, Euro €, and US Dollars $. 

Credit Account 

After two pro-forma orders have been issued and settled,  then we can look at opening a credit account. This will require further credit checks on your company and does not guarantee a credit account will be issued. 

Non-Sub Zero Products

Not only do we manufacture performance outdoor clothing, we also sell a wide range of adventure kit from trusted brands. If you would like a trade customers price for these then please contact our sales team at sale@subzero.co.uk. 

Product Packaging

Sub Zero products will be supplied in individual recyclable plastic bags for hygiene purposes, and will contain an identification EAN barcode that will also include the product name and SKU.

Shipping

All UK orders under 2kg in weight will be shipped by Royal Mail 48 Tracked service. Anything over this will be sent by a carrier on a two-day delivery service. Shipping will be free on orders over £300 (ex-VAT).  

Any order sent outside of the UK will be liable for shipping costs. These will be based on Fedex or UPS charges. Anything over 20kg will require a bespoke carrier price. Experience has shown us that routing orders from the buyers country is often cheaper. We can however quote your a price for comparison.  

Discounts & Early Settlement

We do not offer early settlement discount for trade customers. Any discount codes received via registering on our subzero.co.uk website will not be applicable to trade accounts.
