Please Note: As of 26/10/2023 our current loyalty scheme will cease to exist. This is due to a software clash between our site and the loyalty scheme app we use. We have not taken this decision lightly, and have spent a lot of time and effort trying to resolve it. We will be looking at introducing a very similar scheme in the not so distant future.  

 

Welcome to the Sub Zero Loyalty Scheme. Once signed up, we will add 10 points automatically as a thank you. You will then earn 1 point for every £1 spent. Points accumulated can be redeemed for products and services off our site. These are in addition to any offers we may be running.

New Customers

First things first, you will need to create an account with us. Once you have activated it via the email confirmation, you will be automatically enrolled in to the loyalty scheme. 

Existing Account Holders

If you already have an account with us then you may already be enrolled in to our loyalty scheme. You can check by clicking on the floating loyalty scheme icon on the right hand side of each page (see below).

If not enrolled, there will be an option to join the scheme. 

Viewing Rewards

Clicking on the floating blue loyalty button (above) on the right hand side of each page will bring up a micro menu. This will show you how many points you have accumulated, and a link called 'View all our rewards>>'. Clicking on this will bring up the current loyalty scheme offers.

Redeeming Rewards

If you have enough points, you can click the 'REDEEM' button and the item/service will be added to your cart.
