Coghlans Biodegradable Toilet Seat Covers are manufactured from 100% biodegradable recycled paper, providing a hygienic barrier when using public toilets. 

Instructions for use: Unfold the seat cover, break the paper tabs and place on the toilet seat with the flap facing forward (inside the bowl). The cover will be disposed of by the flushing water.
