Lifeventure Waterproof Map Case consists of a tough 300 denier nylon fabric frame laminated with a double sided TPU screen, allowing both sides of the map to be viewed clearly without it getting wet or dirty.
The wide 280mm opening incorporates a LocTop closure system to ensure the map case is watertight, with a secondary Velcro backed storm flap for extra security in severe weather conditions. The IPX 8 rating of these map cases means they are waterproof up to 10 metres for 30 minutes, as well as preventing penetration by sand and dirt.
The adjustable lanyard that comes with the waterproof map case allows it to be worn around your neck for quick reference, or secured to your backpack using the four lashing points on the Nylon fabric frame.
These waterproof map cases have been recommended by Ordnance Survey.
