This 1000ml version is ideal for adventures where water sources may be limited or for hot days when a lot of fluid needs to be taken on-board.
Instructions for use: When filling your bottle from a water source please ensure there is as little debris or particulate matter within it as possible as this will affect the effectiveness of your filter. Straining the water through a piece of fine woven cloth first helps to remove the vast majority of particulate matter.
Remove the cap filter from the bottle by fully unscrewing it. Fill with water and screw the filter cap back on. To drink the filtered water, unscrew the hygienic cover cap and either suck on the silicon valve a number of times to get the water flowing, or squeeze the bottle.
Lifetime: The membrane microfilter lasts up to 500 gallons (2,000 litres) and will stop allowing water to flow through once it’s reached the end of its lifetime. Replacement filters are available.
Please note: This filter will not work with salt water.
